At SaunaKits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment. If your sauna kit or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your kit and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the kit is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
